I know everyone loves the Sookie series, but if you want an unlikely heroine in a real-life situation, Lily is your girl. The characters are well developed and the story lines are along the lines of things that could really happen to anyone. It is my favorite mystery series.
ReplyDeleteI read all of these books and found them intriguing. I especially loved the character development and the transformation made by the main character throughout the series. Ms. Harris ended the series indicating that she had developed it as far as she wanted to go, which I felt left me a little short of the full resolution I wanted for Lily Bard. But a good series, nonetheless.
